    We will contact you by Email or Phone before shipping new item to re-confirm with you. You may Change, Modify or Cancel any "Pre-Order" at any time. But if we get sold out on an item before delivery due to heavy advance sales, having a "Pre-Order" on file with us will guarantee you will get yours. You will receive a printed confirmation in the U.S. Mail of your "Pre-Order in 7-10 working days after placing the order with us. If you do not receive written confirmation after 10 days please notify us immediately.

    No deposit is required for a "Pre-Order", and we will not charge your credit card until we have the merchandise ready to ship and have re-confirmed with you on the phone or via Email.

    In fact, you do not even need to provide us with a Credit Card number when placing a "No Obligation Pre-Order". BUT we do need a "Daytime" phone number to call to verify your Pre-Order when items are ready to ship..

    Is a "No Obligation Pre-Order" worthwhile? YES, for example we were sold out on Advance Orders on the new HO M-10000. Several people called us and said they had placed an order through a dealer, but the dealer never got their M-10000 for them. (a check of our records showed that the named dealers had never ordered any of the HO M-10000 models from us.)

     So, placing a "No Obligation Pre-Order" is a good insurance policy for you, to make sure that at least we have one of the models you want with your name on it here at the Con-Cor Warehouse when they arrive.

Con-Cor's Layaway Option.

    We understand in today's economic environment that Budgets are under stress, and therefore we are now offering a "Layway" program, so you can still buy your favorite trains with an easy monthly payment plan.

    Now you can order from Con-Cor up to $500. in merchandise and pay a deposit of 20% of the total. The balance is to be paid in 3 installments over 90 days. ( 1/3 remaining balance at 30,60 and 90 days).

    The minimum purchase to qualify for the Con-Cor Layaway Program would be $150.00 in merchandise.

    Merchandise is reserved for you in our warehouse, and shipped when the final payment is made. (You can pay off the balance due at any time to get earlier delivery of your items.)

What if I have to cancel after making some of the payments?

    If you have to cancel your Con-Cor Layaway, there will be a 10% Cancellation Fee to compensate us for holding you item and all the paperwork processing. 100% of the remainer of your deposit will be Refunded to you via your Credit Card, or by check depending on your preference. Processing cancellations will take about 10 business days.

Do I have to tell you when I Pre-Order something that I was to use the Con-Cor Layaway Program?

    No, you do not have to tell us at the time you Place a Pre-Order that you might do a layaway. Since Con-Cor will be re-contacting you to re-confirm your No Obligation Pre-Order when the item(s) are ready to ship, you can tell us at that time if you wish to do a "Layaway".

Delivery Handling and Processing Charges

Normal USA Surface Delivery:

    USA Addresses for Lower 48 states: For normal delivery fees,see the chart below. We make every effort to ship all orders received within 4-5 working days but some orders may take up to 10 working days before being shipped. Please allow 4-7 business days after your order leaves our warehouse for delivery of your order West of the Mississippi, East of the Mississippi will take a few days more.

NOTE !! So you should allow about 3 weeks for an order to reach your door after ordering, often it will be much less.

NOTE 2:Orders including spare parts on older items may take up to 4-5 weeks to process before leaving our warehouse, as it takes a lot of time to search the warehouse for the parts for old items, and this is done only on days after all regular orders have been taken care of.

Normal USA Surface Delivery (Lower 48 states+ District of Columbia)

Shipments to Addresses in: Alaska,Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses will be charged whatever the U.S. Postal Service charges us, plus insurance for the package.

International Shipping and Handling:

    Some items may not be available for shipping to destinations outside the U.S, due to International Customs Restrictions. If you are outside the Continental USA, Shipping and handling will be the exact amount of International Shipping plus $4.50 for handling and documentation for your shipment.

Costs For International Air Shipments:

Sorry, but United States Post office has DISCONTINUED International Surface Shipping to all Countries except Canada and Mexico.

So all International Shipmens must go via Air Post now (except Canada and Mexico).

We insure all International Parcels to countries where insurance is offered. In some cases we have to use the higher Priority International rate in order to be able to insure the parcel with the U.S. Post Office.

Following Air Post delivery times are estimates, we have no control over the Postal Delivery System Time Tables.

Canada 1-2 weeks.

2 Weeks to Western Europe, a bit longer to Eastern Europe.

2 weeks to Japan and Australia, and other Pacfic Rim countries.

2 weeks to South America.

Con-Cor accepts: MasterCard / Visa / Discover and American Express Credit Cards. Minimum Order for Charge Card accepted is $20.00 (Plus S/H) except for American Express where the Minimum order is $60.00 due to the high service charge fees American Express charges us.

Some people are still concerned about transmitting Credit Card numbers over the Internet. Most Credit cards have some automatic insurance against fraudulant use. (Check with your Credit Card issuer for details.) But you decide. If you do not wish to transmit your Card # over the Internet, you can:
