Photos shown below are of the Sanda Kan production line
in China. Sanda Kan has produced model trains for over 200 of the worlds leading model railroad brands acting as a contract manufacturer. So we
can honestly say that Labelle is used in the production of thousands upon thousands of model trains sold world wide under many brandnames.
And I am sure you asking "why" that is. Well
PTFE is a difficult chemical to "mix" with others to create a lubricant, and also a very
expensive additive, so other companies just don't want to bother. But we want to bring you the
very best lubricants we can, so we take the time and trouble to bring you these speciality Lubricants.
Did it ever occur to you a major cause of derailments may be sticking Couplers !
Do you ever Lube your operating couplers? Most people do not, yet they
are the components on model railroads that fail to operate properly most
often. Just because they may be made of a "slippery" plastic", that does
not overcome, dirt, grime, and pet hair buildup in the coupler's working
mechanism. And, of course, many of the larger scale couplers have some
die-cast parts where metal rubs on metal, ugh!
Labelle has formulated two special lubes to solve these problems, one for
HO, N and Z scales, and one for O and Larger scales:
Order: #0430-112 For HO,N, and Z Scale Coupler Lube** $8.89
Order: #0430-113 For O, S and Larger Scale Coupler Lube** $8.89
**Also recommended for switch points, and switch machine mechanisms !
And don't forget the Great Track Conditioner from
Labelle introduced Recently:
New Labelle #105 DCC Track Conditioner:    (Works Great on DC Analog Layouts also!)
Using DCC controls on your layout really enhances
the operation of your trains, but there is still one weak point in the system, and that is the locomotive still has to pick up not only the
power from the rails, but also the digitized micro-signals being sent to the on board decoder from your DCC controller.
If your track is dirty, this can cause some stuttering
in your loco operation and maybe even a break in these micro-signals which can cause your decoder to just shut down, or worse, refuse
to accept any new commands you try to send to it. A sure sign of
dirty track is flickering locomotive headlights.
LaBelle has studied this problem, and now is
introducing LaBelle #105 "DCC Track Conditioner". Just clean your track with this product, and leave a micro-coating on the rails of
LaBelle #105 and it will dramaticly improve your DCC reliablity. (We have done testing on private layouts with this new product and
everyone who has used it, has been impressed by the improvement in Locomotive control.
A generous size bottle of the new LaBelle
Track Conditioner will only cost $10.98 and insure improved operation on an average layout for many months. The package includes
some round cleaning pads to get some of the really dirty spots on your track cleaned up, some specially designed Labelle cleaning
swaps to get into tight spaces such as switch points, etc... and some specially applicator stripes to apply the #105 back onto the
#0430-000105 LaBelle Track Conditioner $11.59
#0430-000115 Addition Replacement Pads for #105 $7.49

LaBelle Lubricants have been the preferred choice of model
railroaders for over 37 years. Many of the top expert
model railroaders even recommend them by name in magazine articles
they write. LaBelle Lubricants are formulated from the finest
raw materials available from chemical and petroleum industries
and are specifically formulated for the miniature motors and
tiny gears found on model railroads, RC Race Cars, Model Airplanes and other hobby items with tiny motors.
Many of the LaBelle Lubricants
recommended for model railroaders are exactly the same as used
by NASA in the space program; Ford Motor Corp; Chrysler Corp;
Singer/Fredon & Wurlitzer. LaBelle Lubricants were some
of the very first in the USA to include micro-powered lubricates mixed directly
into the lubricant.
Dont be fooled, dont be talked into a substitute!
Many companies have tried to imitate LaBelle, but they come
and go, and LaBelle just continues to improve its product for
you. Your Model Railroad Locomotives deserve the finest to make
sure they operate to their optimum potential especially when under
"DCC" control. If LaBelle Lubricants wasn't the best, we would not have lasted as the best selling brand since 1974 !
If operating in either "DC" or "DCC" mode, and your locomotives have "headlight flicker" or your Decoders are cutting in and out, it is a sure sign your track needs cleaning with this Product.
Just clean your track with this product, and leave a micro-coating on the rails of
LaBelle #105 and it will dramaticly improve your DC/ DCC reliablity. (We have done testing on private layouts with this new product and

Labelle Motor Cleaning System (For all Scales)
Most model train layouts are in a location that is subject to gathering dust, pet hair, and other debris that can cause poor operation of your locomotives. A complete cleaning once is a while can usually restore them to optimum operating efficiency.
Each cleaning kit can restore several locomotives (depending on how dirty they are to start with), so it is a reasonable investment considering the prices of new locomotives today.
