  These budd cars won Model Railroader's 2000 "N Rolling Stock of The Year" award and are factory assembled using 23 different parts. They are superbly detailed, including highly accurate underbody moldings. They also have features such as metal post trucks (ready for lighting kit, coming soon) with blackened metal wheelsets on brass axles, flush mounted windows and seperate heavily detailed diaphragms on each car. Dummy knuckler couplers keep cars closely coupled even during tight turns.
