As with all very complicated projects, the projected delivery date of then first car in Oct. 2011 for the "HO" El Capitan sets are only an educated projection. Some delay may occur on any project of this size and complexity.
Artist Rendering of El-Capitan Coach car, there are a total of 8 different car
bodies to be available. Delivery will start in Oct of 2011 and extend through May of 2012, with approximately one car each month. We have no current information if multiple car numbers will be available.
Pre-Orders must be placed prior to "Pre-Order Closing Date" for that specific item to guarantee delivery of that item to you.
But we encourage you to still place a Pre-Orders for the item you wish even after the closing date as
we often have a few pieces left after all confirmed Pre-Orders are shipped, and then we go to the list of Pre-Orders received after the closing date, and fill orders
based on the Date the order as received. (That means we fill the off the standby list starting with the oldest date first.)
