Modeled after a Greenville car design of which many thousands were produced by Greenville over the years, and used all over the USA by dozens of railroads, large and small. Sometimes you would only find a couple in a string (as we did recently in Gallup,NM where we took pictures of the Black BNSF cars).. and sometimes in long unit trains on the way to a power plant someplace.

     Con-Cor Trains is now bringing back this popular car in a Ready to Run form, factory assembled with McHenry operating knuckle couplers, and includes a realistic (removeable) coal load.These coal loads are resin cast and come in a variety of shapes so every car load does not look identical !

     And the best part is Con-Cor is bringing them back at a at reasonable price, so you can afford a long string of these new cars.. only $16.98 per car, or $49.98 per 3 pak.

     We will be delivering 3 new Roadnames in July, 2 versions of the lastest BNSF "Swoosh" logo in either Black car bodies, or Oxise Red car bodies, and a car build for Pennsylvania Power and Light in 1964 with a very unusal "Reddie Kilowatt" Logo. All roadnames will come in 12 different car numbers, available either in 3-paks or in single car packing.
